Classes

Each class in Strife! is unique in abilities and gameplay. Each comes with unique abilities bound to keys E, Z, X, C, V, as well as a unique passive ability.

The ability bound to E is a gimmick/toggle ability whereas the abilities bound to Z, X, and C are action abilities. The ability bound to V is also known as the ultimate ability, because it usually has a much larger cool-down and deals more damage than the other abilities.

Mage Classes

Mages are focused on using their abilities to deal damage, made to deal high amounts of burst damage, or damage over time. Their abilities may also allow them to kite, meaning that they can rush their opponent down and use ranged attacks simultaneously. They are almost always reliant on their abilities, and if their mana is on cooldown, or if their abilities were improperly used, it could be devastating for the class.

Rusher Classes

Rushers have a fast movement speed and can deal an incredible amount of burst damage to bring their opponents down quickly. Their great close-range combat potential is due to their lack of ranged attacks. They are also poor in terms of crowd control and does not wield many defensive options.

Tank Classes

Tanks are focused on having a high amount of defense, being able to deal a great amount of crowd control and buff their own defense. Tanks are often slow in terms of speed, incapable of dealing an incredible amount of damage and have slower cooldowns than normal.

Support Classes

Supports often have abilities to aid their allies, such as buffing their stats or healing, and are capable of some sort of crowd control. Supports often lack a good amount of damage potential, and are heavily reliant on their abilities and mana.

Hexer Classes

Hexers are focused on debuffing their opponent's stats with high crowd control capabilities. They are often reliant on debuffs, as hexers themselves lacks good stats that can keep themselves formidable in a fight.
